Today we will discuss about descriptive text, Do you know what is descriptive text?
Okay, some of us usually still confused how to distinguish between descriptive text and report text. While descriptive text  describing something more specifics, report text describing something in common. For example you have a cat, you want to describe how cute and beautiful of your cat which different than the others cat are, is called descriptive text.
Meanwhile, if you describe a cat in common of the characteristics is called report text.
Descriptive text is a text that describe a particular person, place or thing in detail.
The generic structure of descriptive text is identification, description.
Identification is identifies phenomenon (kejadian, gejala, perwujudan) to be described.
Description is describing parts, qualities, and characteristics in detail.

 The Incredible of Marc Marquez

Many riders in MotoGP have good skills and talents. They come from different countries. One of them is Marc Marquez and he is my favorite rider.

Marc Marquez was born in Spain. Now, he is 22 years old. He is very handsome boy. His hair is wavy and black. His face is oval and has sharp nose. His eyebrow is thick and brown-eyed. His shoulder is strength. He is tall and big body.

He has been riding since nine years ago. He has contracts with Repsol Honda team. He has ever won world championship of MotoGP who was the youngest ever world champion.This year, he starts pre-season races very well and perfectly in several countries.Marc Marquez is not only friendly to everyone but also he has a good behavior in his life. He always works hard on races. He also gets “Baby Alien” as his epithet. Many people and his fans love him. He has ever come to Indonesia twice. Someday, I hope I can meet him directly.  

The Great Wall of China

China has many cultures and historic buildings. One of the historic buildings is The Great Wall of China. It is not only famous building but also included into seven wonders of world.

The Great Wall of China was built with a purpose to protect against mortal enemy and to secure silk-line on that day. Now, the type of The Great Wall is the building of Ming Dynasty. It is arrived by local and foreign tourists.

The Great Wall of China is like a gigantic dragon. It is reside on across deserts, grasslands, mountains, and plateaus. The wall’s length is about 8.850 km from east to west of China. The wall’s height is 8m and the width is 6,5m. It is need more than 2000 years to build it.

The Great Wall of China is made of stone, brick, tamped earth, wood and other materials. It is very magnificent building which is seen by the greatness, the strength, and the largeness. It has beautiful architectural art which is multifarious. I like and I amazed that building. Someday, if I have an opportunity, I will go there.

Recount text

Today we will learn about recount text. Do you know what is recount text?
Recount text is a text that retell about the activities in past, or tell about someone experience.
The purpose of this text is to informing and entertaining the readers about the events in the past.
The generic structure of recount text is orientation, events, re-orientation.
Orientation : is the introducing of the paragraph consist of WHO, WHERE, WHEN, WHAT. In this paragraph, there are participants, time, place.
Events : is the sequences of the events that happen.
Re-orientation : is the closure of the paragraph, usually there is the writer's feeling at the end of the text, feel happy, sad or tired.

Holiday to Bandengan Beach

Last Sunday, my family and I had a picnic. We went to Bandengan beach by car at 7.00 o'clock in the morning. My father drove the car carefully. We arrived at 8.00 am.
Next, we went around the beach. We saw many sellers there. We bought some foods because we had no breakfast yet. We played water, sands and banana boat on the beach till at 11.00 am. Then, we had lunch in the restaurant.
After that, we bought some souvenirs such as t-shirt, handmade, and so on. We met some foreigners there and we took a picture together.
In the evening, we decided to go home. We were very tired but we were very happy.

Our Holiday to Colo Waterfall

Last year, our big family had a picnic. We went to Colo waterfall. It is located at Kudus city. We prepared many things before the day such as ordered a bus and cooked many foods. 
First, we came together in a place and we got ready to take a bus in the morning. When the bus began to range, we prayed together for our salvation. My sister and I sat on the second chair. Then, I was listening music by my phone. Some of us were singing many songs aloud. Some kids and their parents were talking an interesting topic.

Next, we arrived in the bus stop. Some of us went to the mosque for pray and others continued to walk together. Then, we paid for tickets. We walked through on the path along the street. The view was very beautiful. There were coffee plants, flowers, and trees.

Later, we arrived at Colo waterfall. The atmosphere was cold although the sun shone very bright. Our parents told us to eat something first. My sister and I took many pictures. Some of us entered to the water. The water was cold but they enjoyed playing together.

After that, we decided to pray in the mosque. We bought many foods and many clothes there. Finally, we entered the bus to go home. We were very tired but we were very happy. We hoped we would come there again.
