Today we will learn about recount text. Do you know what is recount text?
Recount text is a text that retell about the activities in past, or tell about someone experience.
The purpose of this text is to informing and entertaining the readers about the events in the past.
The generic structure of recount text is orientation, events, re-orientation.
Orientation : is the introducing of the paragraph consist of WHO, WHERE, WHEN, WHAT. In this paragraph, there are participants, time, place.
Events : is the sequences of the events that happen.
Re-orientation : is the closure of the paragraph, usually there is the writer's feeling at the end of the text, feel happy, sad or tired.

Holiday to Bandengan Beach

Last Sunday, my family and I had a picnic. We went to Bandengan beach by car at 7.00 o'clock in the morning. My father drove the car carefully. We arrived at 8.00 am.
Next, we went around the beach. We saw many sellers there. We bought some foods because we had no breakfast yet. We played water, sands and banana boat on the beach till at 11.00 am. Then, we had lunch in the restaurant.
After that, we bought some souvenirs such as t-shirt, handmade, and so on. We met some foreigners there and we took a picture together.
In the evening, we decided to go home. We were very tired but we were very happy.

Our Holiday to Colo Waterfall

Last year, our big family had a picnic. We went to Colo waterfall. It is located at Kudus city. We prepared many things before the day such as ordered a bus and cooked many foods. 
First, we came together in a place and we got ready to take a bus in the morning. When the bus began to range, we prayed together for our salvation. My sister and I sat on the second chair. Then, I was listening music by my phone. Some of us were singing many songs aloud. Some kids and their parents were talking an interesting topic.

Next, we arrived in the bus stop. Some of us went to the mosque for pray and others continued to walk together. Then, we paid for tickets. We walked through on the path along the street. The view was very beautiful. There were coffee plants, flowers, and trees.

Later, we arrived at Colo waterfall. The atmosphere was cold although the sun shone very bright. Our parents told us to eat something first. My sister and I took many pictures. Some of us entered to the water. The water was cold but they enjoyed playing together.

After that, we decided to pray in the mosque. We bought many foods and many clothes there. Finally, we entered the bus to go home. We were very tired but we were very happy. We hoped we would come there again.
